​Anything i compose for solo piano or orchestral/film-score-style ensembles, I release under my own name. My piano material is usually part-improvised: I compose the basic structure, melodies, and chords, then play it slightly differently each time. I do my piano covers in the same way - decide on the structure and chords, then half-improvise.

 

Sometimes I do fixed, fully-notated pieces, as most of the pieces on "Retroludes" are. Then I might improvise the music completely on the spot, as was the case with "Virtual Mountain".
